Starting from the insight that in Romania, there is a big competition on the market full of talented people, together with the creative team, we developed a recruiting campaign that had a bold and funny approach, and that was focused on influencer marketing, in line with the current trends.
Creating a platform to facilitate the recruitment process for the new Kellogg's Supply Chain division in Romania
SOLUTION
My solution for Kellogg's new recruitment campaign was to create a landing page that had to include campaign videos made together with the agency and one of the most prolific influencers in the corporate area at that time. The landing page was also entirely in line with the brand guidelines and the campaign message, which had to be more than just job ads on recruitment portals. The design and how I chose to display the job listings helped the recruitment process more accessible and transparent, making the job seekers not give up from the first minute.
